Ada man dies in crash (Ada Evening News)

Coalgate ? An Ada man died in a head-on collision on State Highway 3 west of Coalgate. A report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 27-year-old Blakely Ray Butler died just before 4:45 p.m. Friday.
