DURANT, OK -- The city of Durant is hoping to receive a grant for a new community center. City leaders gave a presentation to the Reynolds Foundation in Las Vegas. The foundation selected Durant as one of five Oklahoma cities to possibly receive funds to build a new community center-library.

Fatal accident in Bryan Co. (KXII Sherman)

BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The rain and wet roads may have caused the death of an elderly Bryan County woman Monday. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Helen Nelson, 94, was a passenger in a car that ran off Highway 70 on Monday just west of Bokchito.
