OOLOGAH (AP) ? A Minnesota man drowned Friday afternoon at Oologah Lake as he was noodling, authorities said. Paul Anthony Hebzynski, 46, of Minneapolis, was hunting for catfish with his bare hands in 10 to 12 feet of water at Talala Creek about 3:10 p.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
