Here is The Associated Press' Oklahoma high school football poll with first place votes in parentheses, records, points and ranking in last week's poll, records through Oct. 6.

HASKELL ? In a battle for first place in District A-7, it was Tonkawa which came out on top, 27-13. ?It was every bit the war he thought it would be,? Tonkawa coach Mike Kirtley said. ?We came over here in a hostile environment and we are just happy to get out of here.?

STILLWATER ? The Tahlequah Lady Tigers Cross Country team fared well in the Oklahoma State University Jamboree held Saturday.

Deer Creek-Lamont High School football team will have its homecoming Friday against Seiling. Monday will be the start of Spirit Week. Homecom-ing queen candidates are Janise Blanton, Kassy Chartier, Arian Hutton and Carly Metcalf.
